Support and accessibility
Tell us what you need
Asking for help never counts against you, and it never affects your case. If something about the way we work does not suit you, say so and we will change it.
What we can do
Adjustments we can make
This is not an exhaustive list. If you need something that is not here, ask us.
Our commitment
How we work
We follow the Financial Conduct Authority’s guidance on the fair treatment of vulnerable customers (FG21/1).
What that means in practice
There is never any pressure to sign on a single call, and there is never an upfront payment. If our service is not in your best interests, for example because a free refund route is already open to you with the firm, we will tell you so.
Circumstances we take account of
Health, including illness, disability or difficulty with memory. Life events such as bereavement, divorce, retirement or caring responsibilities. Relying on this money for essential income. Difficulty with financial or online tasks, with reading, or where English is not your first language.
You do not have to explain or prove any of it. Telling us what would help is enough.
Information you give us about your health or circumstances
This is treated as special category data under UK data protection law. We record it only with your explicit consent, we collect only what is necessary, and it is stored securely with restricted access.
How to ask
Tell whoever you are speaking to, use the adjustments field on any of our forms, or email info@thewealthclaimsbureau.co.uk. You can ask at any point, and you can change your mind later.
